Dragonball Z Stitch
I'd pretty much been watching these guys FOREVER on Yahoo Japan auctions. The seller wanted what was probably too much money, but I just can't resist bizarre crossovers.
They're smallish mascot sized - one of the photos shows a cigarette pack as a comparison, and they're a bit taller than that.
