Well, actually, no. It's not even real topiary. It's a Stitch made of green plastic "leaves" that you can put in your garden. It also lights up at night, because it's Japanese, meaning it needs to do two or more things simultaneously (it's the law!!!).

Pretty darned ... well, odd anyways.
